Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the work tool. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7468, "Work Tool Coupler Operation".
Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".

Attach a suitable lifting device to quick coupler (1) for support.

Remove bolt (2) and the washer.
Remove pin assembly (3) .
Move the cylinder (4) aside.
Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 for the opposite side.

Remove bolt (5) and the washer.
Remove pin assembly (6) .
Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the opposite side.
Remove the quick coupler. Weight of the quick coupler is 75 kg (165 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to quick coupler (1) and position the quick coupler to the lift arm assembly. Weight of the quick coupler is 75 kg (165 lb).

Install pin assembly (6) .
Install the washer and bolt (5). Tighten the bolt.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side.

Install cylinder (4) to the quick coupler.
Install pin assembly (3) into the cylinder.
Install the washer and bolt (2) to the cylinder. Tighten the bolt.
Repeat steps 5, 6 and 7 or the opposite side.End By: Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
