Personal injury can result from servicing the track roller frame without referring to the Disassembly and Assembly manual.Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly manual which contains the disassembly procedure that must be used to safely service the track roller frame.

Lower the temperature of two bearings (8). Install the bearings in the sides of the track roller frame.

Apply a thin coating of Tooling (B) on the outer diameter of seal (7). Use a press to install seal (7) in retainer (5).

Apply a thin coating of Tooling (B) to retainer (6). Position the two retainers in a press. Check alignment marks (X). Press the retainers together.

Lower the temperature of plate (4). Install plate (4) into retainer (5).

Turn over the retainer and install O-ring seal (2A).

Place retainer (3) on the track roller frame. Install bolts (1). Install O-ring seal (2).
Install the single flange rollers and install the double flange rollers in the original positions. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller - Install".
Install the track idlers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Idler - Install". End By:
Install the track roller frame. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Install".
