Remove spring (17), spool (18), and spring (19) from the actuator.

Remove three plugs (20) from the actuator.

Remove O-ring seal (21) from the plug. Repeat for the remaining plugs.
Possible injury can result when removing the retaining ring and spring.Spring force will be released when the retaining ring is removed.Be prepared to hold the cylinder assembly as the retaining ring is removed.

Use a suitable press and Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (22) from the actuator housing.

Remove retainer (23), spring (24), and spring (25) from the actuator housing.
Repeat Step 4 through Step 11 for the remaining actuators.

Remove plug (26) from the control valve.

Remove valve (27), spring (28), and O-ring seal (29) from the plug.

Use Tooling (B) to remove bearing (30) from the plug.

Remove four bolts (31) and the washers. Remove two half flanges (32) from the control valve. Remove cap (33) from the nipple. Repeat for the other side.

Remove nipple (35) and adapter (34) from the control valve. Repeat for the other side. Remove four dowels (36) from the control valve.

Remove O-ring seal (37) from the nipple. Remove O-ring seal (38) from the adapter.

Remove four plugs (39) from the control valve.

Remove O-ring seal (40) from the plug. Repeat for remaining plugs.

Remove four bolts (41) and the washers. Remove two half flanges (42) from the control valve. Remove plug (43) from the control valve. Repeat for the other side.
