Install washers (24) onto radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (22) .

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto support assembly (19) .
Install support assembly (19) onto radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (22). The weight of support assembly (19) is approximately 34 kg (74 lb).
Install bolts (23) .

Install radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (22) and support assembly (19), as one unit. The weight of hydraulic oil cooler assembly (22) and support assembly (19) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Install bolts (21) .

Connect hose (18). Connect hose assembly (17). Connect hose assembly (16). Connect fitting (15). Install clamps (14) .

Install walkway assembly (7). Install bolts (6) .

Connect harness assembly (3) .

Close door assembly (1) and install bolt (2) .
Fill the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".
Fill the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By: Install the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install".
