This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI31626" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Codeand "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI31626" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The 307-3521 Grounding Bar installed in certain C32 Genset Generator Panels may not be tightened to the proper torque and may not maintain proper connection.

ACTION REQUIRED
The existing grounding bar connections need to be inspected to ensure that they are properly tightened to a torque of 150 Newton Meters (110 lb ft).
Refer to the attached Rework Procedure.
