Note: Remove the strainer and/or spacer from inside the fuel tank if the strainer or spacer dropped into the tank.
Drain the fuel tank.

If necessary, remove 505-7091 Sheet As and 513-9097 Fuel Level Sender As.
Use an appropriate tool to remove the strainer and/or spacer from inside the tank.
Install a new 363-4122 Gasket on the fuel level sender. Install 513-9097 Fuel Level Sender As (3). Tighten the 8T-4127 Screws to 3.3 0.7 N m (29.21 6.20 lb in).
Install 505-7091 Sheet As (2). Tighten the 135-8572 Bolts to 25 5 N m (18.4 3.7 lb ft).
