Use Tooling (A) and install retaining ring (27) into coupling (26).

Install coupling (26). Install O-ring seal (25).

Use Tooling (B) and install bushing (24) into hub (21). Install seal (23).

Position hub (21) and install bolts (22). Tighten bolts (22) to a torque of 304 N m (224 lb ft). Install bearing cone (20) onto hub (21).

Use Tooling (C) and install bearing cups (19). Install seal (18).

Install hub (17). Install bearing cone (16) into hub (17).

Install O-ring seal (15).

Install hub (12) into ring gear (14). Install ring (13).

Position hub (12) and install bolts (11). Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of 230 N m (170 lb ft).

Install axle shaft (10).

Install planetary gear (7) and needle bearings (8).

Install locking pin (5) and washer (6).

Install washer (4) and bolt (3). Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 79 N m (58 lb ft).

Position cover (1) and install screws (2). Tighten screws (2) to a torque of 25 N m (18 lb ft).
Repeat Step 12 through Step 16 for the remaining planetary gear assemblies.
Fill the final drives with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Final Drive Oil - Change". End By:
