Remove the 8T-4137 Bolt (4) and 159-1503 Hose Clamp (5) from the 353-5361 Heater Lines Gp. Retain the hose clamp.

New hose routing
Move the hoses to new location as shown in Illustration 3. Reuse the hose clamp and install the 141-3983 Spacer on the top of the battery cable hose clamp and then install the new 8T-4172 Bolt .
