Remove the transmission oil pump.

Remove bolts (1), the washers, and cover (2) from pump body (3) .

Remove gears (4) and O-ring seal (5) from pump body (3) .

Remove woodruff key (7) from shaft (6) .
Remove pump body (3) from pump adapter (8) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove bearings (9) from pump body (3) .

Remove adapter (10), elbow (11), and O-ring seals from pump body (3) .
Remove dowels (12) from pump body (3) .

Remove shaft (6), shaft (13), and O-ring seal (14) from pump adapter (8) .

Use a suitable press to remove gears (15) from shaft (13) and shaft (6) .Note: Press gears (15) off using the directions shown. There is only one chamfered side of the internal groove.

Remove woodruff keys (16) from shaft (13) and shaft (6) .
Remove retaining rings (17) from shaft (13) and shaft (6) .

Remove lips seals (18) and retaining ring (19) from pump adapter (8) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove bearings (20) from pump adapter (8) .
