CAGE-BEARING 8S6211 - Caterpillar

1. Loosen screw (2). Remove collar and bearing (1) and bracket assembly (3) and washer (4) from the hand control group. 2. Remove bearings (5) from the bracket assembly. 3. Remove spring (7) from hand control group.4. Loosen screw (8) and remove collar (6), the shaft assembly, the bearings and the washer from the hand control group. 5. Remove bolt (13) and the nut from plate (12). Remove spacer (14) and the washer from the bolt.6. Remove bolt (11), the washer, spacer (10) and plate (12) from the shaft assembly.7. Remove bearing (9) from the shaft assembly. 8. Remove nut (17), roller (15) and washer (16) from the lever assembly.Install Hydraulic Hand Control Group (815B)
1. Install roller (1) and washer (2) on the lever assembly with nut (3). 2. Install two bearings in the shaft assembly with tooling (A). 3. Install spacer (5), plate (6), washer (7) and bolt (8) on shaft assembly (4).4. Install washers (12) and (11), spacer (10) on plate (6) with bolt (9) and nut (13). 5. Install washers (14), lever assembly (15), washer (16) and collar (17) on shaft assembly (18). 6. Install two bearings in the bracket assembly with tooling (A). 7. Install washers (22), bracket assembly (21), washer (20) and collar (19) on the hydraulic hand control group. 8. Install spring (23) on the hydraulic hand control group.end by:a) install hydraulic control group
