Remove clip (17). Disconnect harness assemblies (15) and (16).

Disconnect hose assemblies (18) and (21), and remove two clips (22). Note: Air-conditioning hoses (18) and (21) have quick disconnect couplings attached. The refrigerant recovery process will not be required.
Disconnect hose assemblies (19) and (20), and remove two clips (22) (if equipped).

Disconnect harness assemblies (38) and (39). Disconnect wire (37).
Disconnect nine hose assemblies (35) from mounting plate (36).

Remove two bolts (42). Disconnect the harness assembly (not shown) from dimmer switch (40). Remove foot support (41).

Typical Example
Install Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device to the cab. The weight of the cab is approximately 1510 kg (3330 lb).

Remove bolt (49). Remove pin (48) from rear cab mount (47).
Repeat Step 26 for the front cab mount.
Remove the cab.
