START BY:a) remove water pumpb) remove vibration damper and pulley 1. Put tooling (A) under the front of the engine as shown. 2. Remove bolts (2) and loosen bolts (1) on each side of the engine.3. Remove bolt (5) and nut from each side of the front support.4. Lift the front of the engine with tooling (A) until the weight of the engine is off of the front support. 5. Remove bolts (4) to remove front support (3), plates (9), mount assemblies (6) and sleeves (7) from the engine.6. If necessary, make a replacement of plates (9), mount assemblies (6) and sleeves (7) on the front support. Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 350 37 lb.ft. (475 50 N m).7. Put front support (3), plates (9), mount assemblies (6) and sleeves (7) in position on the front of the engine and frame. Install bolts (4) to hold the front support to the engine.8. Lower the front of the engine until the front support makes contact with the frame.9. Install bolts (5) and nuts to hold the front support to the frame. Tighten bolts (5) and nut to a torque of 325 25 lb.ft. (440 34 N m).10. Install bolts (2) and tighten bolts (1) at the rear engine supports.11. Remove tooling (A) from the machine.
