Read all Warning labels on the suspension cylinders before servicing.The machine must be on level ground before releasing the nitrogen pressure.Do not check the oil in the suspension cylinder until all of the nitrogen pressure has been released.Do not remove valves, covers, or plugs from the cylinder unless the rod is fully retracted and all of the nitrogen pressure as been released.Stand clear of the machine during suspension cylinder charging, discharging, or testing and adjusting procedures, or while lifting or lowering the machine.Sudden movement upward or downward can cause clearance to change rapidly.Failure to heed this Warning could lead to injury or death.

Use Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to support cylinder (10). The weight of cylinder (10) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).
Position cylinder (10). Apply Tooling (D) to pin (9). Install pin (9). Use Tooling (C) to lower cylinder (10). Remove Tooling (C) and remove the suitable lifting device.

Apply Tooling (D) to pin (8). Install pin (8). Install the nut, the washers, and bolt (6) and connect grease hose assembly (5). Install cover (7).

Install the nut, the washers, and bolt (3). Install fitting (2) and connect grease hose assembly (1).
Charge the suspension cylinder. Refer to Special Instruction, REHS4445, "Servicing the Suspension Cylinders for Off-Highway Trucks".
Connect harness assembly (4).

Release the pressure from Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (A). Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303, "Lift Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (A).
