Put lifter (2) and spring (3) in position so the tab on the spring is within an area 4.8 mm (.190 in.) either side of the centerline of the cam and valve lifter bores. If necessary turn the camshaft so lifters can be pushed into correct position.end by:a) install cylinder headsRemove And Install Lifters
