Remove hose (11) .

Disconnect harness assembly (12), cable assembly (16), harness assembly (17), and cable assembly (18) .
Remove belt (13). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
Disconnect clips (19) and (20) .
Remove bolts (14) and reposition refrigerant compressor (15). Secure refrigerant compressor (15) .

Disconnect hoses (21) and hose assemblies (23).
Disconnect clip (22) .

Disconnect clips (34), (36), and (40) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (46). The weight of engine (46) is approximately 1270 kg (2800 lb).
Remove bolt (47), washer (48), and rubber mount (49). Repeat for the remaining engine mounts.
Remove engine (46) .Installation Procedure
Install engine (46) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (47) to a torque of 900 100 N m (665 74 lb ft).
Tighten cable assembly (39) to a torque of 31 4 N m (23 3 lb ft).
Tighten ground strap (38) to a torque of 31 4 N m (23 3 lb ft).
Tighten harness assembly (35) to a torque of 3 1 N m (27 9 lb in).
Tighten harness assembly (32) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).
Tighten cable assembly (18) to a torque of 18 2 N m (160 18 lb in).
Tighten cable assembly (16) to a torque of 4 1 N m (35 9 lb in).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolts (2) and (4) .
