PROBLEM
The existing idler track adjuster cylinder fuse plate can hit the bulkhead in the track roller frame and break the fuse plate bolts on certain D5K Track-Type Tractors. If the existing fuse plate fails it will cause the idler track adjust system to lose hydraulic pressure.

Enlarge the cutout in the bulkhead plate inside the track roller frame. Refer to REHS7564, Special Instruction, "Procedure to Modify the Track Roller Frame Assembly on D5K Track-Type Tractors", for the Rework Procedure.
