Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1) Ensure machine battery isolator switch is off.

2) Remove left hand side pod cab access panel. Refer to Image1.1.1.

3) Disconnect bulkhead 70 pin connector 18 and remove plastic cover. Refer to Image1.2.1.

4) Remove wire G730-PK pin 57 using 151-6320 Removal Tool. Fit this wire into pin 1 of the new 155-2270 2 Pin DT Plug Kit. Refer to Image1.3.1.

5) Add new 339-5437 Wire from pin 2 of the new 155-2270 2 Pin DT Plug Kit, back into pin 57 of the 70 Pin connector 18. Replace the connector 18 cover using two 3S-2093 Cable Ties. Refer to Image1.4.1.

6) Fit 189-3158 Arc Suppressor into the new 155-2270 2 pin DT Plug kit and using two 3S-2093 Cable Ties tie arc suppressor back onto the harness. Refer to Image1.5.1.
7) Re-fit bulkhead connector 18, tighten the fixing screw to 6 Nm +/- 1 Nm.
8) Return battery isolator to the on position and check all cab functions work correctly.
9) Replace left hand side pod cab access panel.

10) Remove and replace the HVAC 2675243/">267-5243 Control Panel. Refer to Image1.6.1.
