Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic cylinder.
Cylinders equipped with lock valves can remain pressurized for very long periods of time, even with the hoses removed.Failure to relieve pressure before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder can result in personal injury or death.Ensure all pressure is relieved before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder.

Remove bleeder screw (1). Remove hose fittings (3). Remove check valve (2).
Remove set screws (4). Remove head assembly (5) and rod assembly (6).
Remove nut (7). Remove piston assemblies (8) and (9) from rod (6). Remove head assembly (5).

Remove O-ring seal (10) and seal (11) from piston assembly (8).

Remove O-ring seal (12), seals (13) and (14) and seal (15) from piston assembly (9).
