Pump And Lines Installation - D3B
(1) Install 3G4096 Pump Group (1) on the engine with a new gasket. Install 5P8924 Union (2), 318759 Connector (3) and 3Y2888 Connector (4) with new seals in pump (1). Assembly 5P8925 Adapters (5) and (6), 3G4657 Valve Assembly (7), 307935 Connector (8) and 5P2242 Tee (9) together with new seals. Install 5G1173 Support (10), and 5G2440 Support (11) on valve (7) with two S1619 Bolts and 1D4717 Nuts. Connect adapter (5) to union (2). Fasten support (10) to the side of the engine with an S1591 Bolt and 5P1075 Washer. Install 5G2992 Tube Assembly (12) on connector (3), 5P5003 Reducer (13) on tee (9) and 7K9197 Elbow (14) in reducer (13). Install 7K9197 Elbow (15) on pump (1). Connect 5G1101 Tube Assembly (16) between elbows (14) and (15). Fasten 5G2991 Bracket Assembly (17) to the left rear of the engine. Connect 5G3777 Hose Assembly (18) to tee (9). Fasten 5G3729 Tube (19) and hose assembly (18) to bracket (17) with two 9K4430 Clamps (20) and an S1588 Bolt. Install 5G3776 Tube Assembly (21) on the hydraulic tank with an 8S5953 Seal, two 9P4898 Spacers and four 1D4707 Bolts. Install 2L2685 Clip (22) to hold tube (21) with an S1594 Bolt. Use 6V2432 Hose to make hose (23) 1300 15 (51.18" .60") long and hose (24) 190 5 (7.48" .20") long. Connect hose (23) to tubes (19) and (21) with two 5P597 Clamps. Connect hose (24) to tubes (12) and (19) with two 5P597 Clamps. Use 5P1420 Hose to make hose (25) 2750 15 (108.27" .60") long. Install 3Y2888 Connector (26) and a 3J1907 Seal in the hydraulic tank. Install 694080 Fittings (27) in connectors (4) and (26). Connect hose (25) to connectors (4) and (26) with 6L8700 Clamps. Install 307935 Connector (28) with 7M8485 Seals in 4T319 Tube Assembly (29). Fasten 5G3727 Plate (3) to tube (29) with two S1594 Bolts, 5P1075 Washers and 1D4717 Nuts. Connect 5G3717 Hose Assembly (31) to the tee on the hydraulic tank. Connect hoses (18) and (31) to the connectors in tube (29). Install two 4D4376 Bosses (32) on plate (30) with two S509 Bolts and 5P1075 Washers. Tackweld bosses (32) on the right frame rail at approximately the location shown for the D3B on page 4. Disconnect plate (30) and make 3.0 (.12") fillet welds around bosses (32). Fasten plate (30) to the bosses. Fasten hose (25) to hose (24) with a 4D5371 Clip. (2) On D3B Tractors without cab, make 25.0Ø (.98"Ø) hole (A) through the left side of the firewall at the dimensions shown. On tractors with cab, make hole (A) 35.0Ø (1.38"Ø) and make 25.0Ø (.98"Ø) hole (B) at the location shown through the left side of the dash assembly. (3) On tractors without
