2 2 099-8112 Socket Setscrew Use following procedure to tighten the socket setscrews:
Assemble the pump coupling group (1) so that the coupling hub is flush with the end of the pump shaft.
Tighten the socket setscrews on pump side to 210 10 N m (155 7 lb ft).
Tighten the socket setscrews on engine side to 210 10 N m (155 7 lb ft).
Again, tighten the socket setscrews on pump side to 210 10 N m (155 7 lb ft).
3 4 099-8110 Bolt Torque to 465 25 N m (343 18 lb ft).
4 2 8T-4136 Bolt Torque to 45 10 N m (33 7 lb ft).
