Remove the hydraulic pump (A) from flywheel housing (B). Refer to UENR0148 for instructions.

Remove the eight bolts and washers (C) that secure the flywheel housing to the engine. Remove the housing.

Remove the three bolts (D) that secure existing coupling (E) and discard the coupling and bolts.

(1) 390-8885 Pump Coupling
(2) 6V-8200 Bolt
Apply Loctite 243 to bolts (2). Place new coupling (1) into position and install the bolts. Tighten to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).

(3) 520-0323 Dowel Pin
Replace the two dowel pins on the flywheel housing with new dowel pins (3).

Place flywheel housing (B) into position and install the eight bolts and washers (B). Tighten the bolts to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Install hydraulic pump (A) onto flywheel housing (B). Refer to UENR0148 for instructions.
