Disconnect harness assembly (4) and cut the cable ties securing harness assembly (4) to the fuel tank.
Remove bolt (5), bolts (2), and position hydraulic oil filter assemblies (3) out of the way.

Remove bolts (6).

Remove bolts (7) and cover assembly (8).

Remove bolts (12) and handrail assembly (9).
Remove bolts (11), bolts (13), bolts (14), and handrail assembly (10).

Remove bolts (16), step assembly (17), and sheet assembly (15).

Remove bolts (18) and sheet assembly (19).

Remove bolts (20) and bolt (21). Disconnect hose assembly (22) and position hose assembly (22) out of the way.

Remove bolts (24), bolts (25), and fender assembly (23). Remove bolts (26) and bottom guard (27).

Disconnect hose (28), hose (29), and hose (30) from the bottom of the fuel tank.

Open hood assemblies (31).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (32). The weight of fuel tank (32) is approximately 194 kg (428 lb).

Remove four bolts (33) that secure fuel tank (32) to the frame assembly.

Slightly raise fuel tank (32) enough to clear the frame assembly. Move fuel tank (32) straight out and away from the machine. Installation Procedure
Install fuel tank (32) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (B) to the treads of bolts (33).
