4. Fasten two solenoid valves to the rear block using 8T9378 Bolts and 5P1075 Washers. Locate the valves so that the inlet ports are facing towards the front of the machine.5. Install 6V1722 Adapters (7) and 3D2824 Seals into the inlet and outlet ports of the solenoid valves.6. Install 5P6944 Adapters (8) and 3K0360 Seals into the inlet ports of the solenoid valves. Install 6V8774 Tees (9) and 3J1907 Seals into adapters (8).7. Install 6V8634 Straight Fittings (10) and 3K0360 Seals into the outlet ports of the solenoid valves. 8. Fasten two solenoid valves to the front bar using 8T9378 Bolts and 5P1075 Washers. Locate the valves so that the inlet ports are facing the rear solenoid valves.9. Install 6V1722 Adapters (7) and 3D2824 Seals into the inlet and outlet ports of the solenoid valves.10. Install 6V8723 Elbows (11) and 3K0360 Seals into adapters (7).11. Install 6V8634 Straight Fittings (10) and 3K0360 Seals into the outlet ports of the solenoid valves. 12. Route 8W8507 Harness Assembly (12) from under the operators platform along the frame and behind the side covers to the front of the machine. Remove covers on the frame as needed to provide access. Use 3S2093 Straps to secure the harness assembly as necessary.
(13) Purple and Black (14) Brown and Black13. Connect wires (13) and (14) to boss (2) with four 9G9150 Clips, a 5P1075 Washer, and a 4L6454 Bolt. Connect two wires (13) to the rear solenoid valves and connect two wires (14) to the front solenoid valves. 14. Disconnect hose (15) and hose (16) from lockvalve (17). 15. Install a 6V8730 Union in the ends of hoses (15) and (16). Install 6V8397 Seals in 8W5642 Hose Assembly (18) then connect to hose (15) and to the inlet port of the outboard solenoid valve.Install 6V8397 Seals to 9W3653 Hose Assembly (19) then connect to hose (16) and to the inlet port of the inboard solenoid valve.16. Install 6V8397 Seals in 8W0232 Hose Assembly (20) then connect to the outlet port of the outboard solenoid valve and to the front port of lockvalve (17).Install 6V8397 Seals in 6W5415 Hose Assembly (21) then connect to the outlet port of the inboard solenoid valve and to the rear port of lockvalve (17). 17. Connect the inlet ports of the rear solenoid valves to the inlet ports of the front solenoid valves with two 8W0184 Hose Assemblies (22) and 6V8397 Seals. 18. Install a 6V8397 Seal in 8W8778 Hose Assembly (23) then connect to the outlet port of the inboard solenoid valve.Install a 6V8397 Seal in 8W8779 Hose Assembly (24) then connect to the outlet port of the outboard solenoid valve.Fasten hose assemblies (23) and (24) to the frame using a 6D4247 Clip, 8T4896 Washer, and 5M3062 Bolt. 19. Remove the covers from the side of the frame for access. Route hose assemblies (23) and (24) along the frame to the scarifier lockvalve. Secure the hose assemblies to the frame behind bar (25) and to the two bosses using
