Eliminate Key Off Cycle -7 Code False Trip
Issue
The -7 is not persistent active during key cycle.Resolution
Make the injector not responding code persistent active over key cycle for better trouble shooting.Change -7 Code Tripping Thresholds
Issue
The -7 code is tripped excessively and the -7 code causes dealers to replace injectors when this error code is found.Resolution
Improved sensitivity to the -7 code to reduce false trip and unnecessary injector changes.-499 Code False Trip
Issue
The -499 code is false tripping. This drives replacement of the high-pressure pump. The high volume of returned pumps are showing no fault found.Resolution
Changed the sensitivity and severity of diagnostic code E499 to eliminate false trips.Channel 1 Video (QR Code And Link)
