REPLACEMENT SERIAL/PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER PLATES FOR EARTHMOVING EQUIPMENT, 7557 U-39 Replacement serial/product identification number plates for earthmoving equipment can be obtained by submitting a written request to: Service Support Division NACD Product Support Department 100 N.E. Adams Peoria, IL 61629-1380 The request must include the following: 1. The part number of the plate required. (This is listed in the last few pages of the Parts Book for the machine. 2. The exact information to be imprinted on the plate. (Blank plates will not be provided.) 3. The old plate should be returned or an explanation given of why it is not available for return. Before submitting a request, the serial/product identification number should be checked against the most recent Missing Product List. In the case of a request involving a stolen and subsequently recovered product, an altered or counterfeit plate or other unusual circumstances, documentation of ownership and accuracy of data should be submitted with the request.
