Install the O-ring seal to fitting (31). Install fitting (31) to suction manifold (29) .
Install 10 O-ring seals (30) to suction manifold (29) .

Install suction manifold (29). Install the bolt that holds suction manifold (29) .

Install seven O-ring seals (28) to suction block (27) .

Install suction block (27). Install the four bolts that hold suction block (27) .

Install O-ring seal (23), valve (24), spring (25) and guide (26) to drain valve body (20) .

Install the O-ring seal to adapter (22). Install adapter (22) and two nuts (21) .
Install drain valve body (20) and two bolts (19) .

Install two O-ring seals (15), plate (16), glass (17) and grommet (18) to sight gauge (14) .

Install sight gauge (14) .
Install two bolts (13). Tighten two bolts (13) to a torque of 30 7 N m (23 5 lb ft).

Clean the sealing surfaces prior to installing seal (39) .
Install seal (39). Overlap the ends of seal (39) in order to complete the seal.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cover (11). The weight of cover (11) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).Note: The weight of tank (12) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb).
Install cover (11) .

Install 62 bolts (10) and the locknuts.

Install O-ring seal (7) to cover (1) .
Install taperlock stud (4). Tighten taperlock stud (4) to a torque of 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
Install element (3) .
Install O-ring seal (8) to retainer (5). Install retainer (5) .
Install locknut (9) and washer (6). Tighten locknut (9) to a torque of 10 1.5 N m (7 1 lb ft).

Install two covers (1). Install eight nuts (2) .End By: Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank - Install".
