Remove Inlet Manifold
start by:a) remove fuel filter base 1. Disconnect line (1) from the fuel ratio control. 2. Disconnect air line (2) from the inlet manifold. 3. Remove four bolts (4) that hold elbow (5) to the inlet manifold. Remove elbow (5) and air pipe (3) from the turbocharger as a unit. 4. Remove bolts (7) that hold the inlet manifold to the cylinder head.5. Remove inlet manifold (6) and the gaskets from the cylinder head.Install Inlet Manifold
1. Put gaskets (2) and inlet manifold (1) in position on the cylinder head. Put 9S3263 Thread Lock on the threads of the bolts and install the bolts that hold the inlet manifold in place. 2. Put clean oil on the O-ring seal on air pipe (3). Install air pipe (3) and elbow (4) as a unit. Make sure gasket (5) is in place and install the four bolts that hold elbow (4) to the inlet manifold. 3. Connect air line (6) to the inlet manifold for the air compressor. 4. Connect line (7) to the fuel ratio control.
