If the jog switch will turn the cutter in only one direction or will not turn the cutter at all: 1. Check the electrical connections on the solenoid valves.2. Check the operation of the solenoid valve by pushing in the plunger. If the cutter turns in proper response to the jog switch when the solenoid valve plunger is pushed in, replace or repair the solenoid valve.3. Check the shuttle valve and charge pressure relief valve in the cutter hydraulic system valve manifold assembly. See the Maintenance Manual or the Sundstrand Service Manual for procedures.4. Check the operation of the system check valves.5. Check the operation of the electrically driven hydraulic pump.6. Check the relief setting of the electrically driven hydraulic pump.
