U-124 A-82 AU-81 E-78 O-95.1 1264 PS0449 This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0449" as Part Number, "7755" as Group Number, and "96" as Description Code. Although this Program is to be administered as described above, one failure at a customer site will qualify all engines and parts stock at that site. Termination Date

Problem
The governor actuator solenoid mounting bolts and oil supply tube may fail due to vibration on certain 3606, 3608, 3612, and 3616 Engines. The actuator can be reworked to include three solenoid bracket mounting bolts and astiffer sub-base.
