Missing door strikersSolution
In the event of failure, replace the 360-9597 Striker As (B) with the same part number.Note: Retain all the parts of the striker assembly (B) that are removed from the machine, including the chamfered bolt head (C) located between the striker assembly mounting plate and the cab door frame.Report the failure through the CPI feedback tool in Service Information Management System (SIMSi) referencing CPI number 424574 to have a "Send-It-Back" (SIB) request generated. A SIB request will be issued to your dealer code in the SIB system after the (SIMSi) entry is created.
