Oil filter and oil cooler circuit
Pilot circuit
High-pressure circuit
Secondary steering circuitThe oil cooler circuit filters the oil that is in the hydraulic tank for the steering and brake systems. The oil cooler circuit also cools the oil that is in the hydraulic tank for the steering and brake systems. The oil cooler circuit includes the following main components: hydraulic tank for the steering and brake systems, gear pump for the steering and the oil cooler circuit, filter for the oil cooler circuit, pressure switch, oil cooler and check valve for the oil cooler bypass.The pilot circuit provides the oil that controls the movement of the valve spool in the steering control valve. The pilot circuit includes the following main components: selector and pressure control valve, pressure switch, selector and pressure control valve, steering pilot valve, steering neutralizer valves and check valves for the steering neutralizer valves.The high-pressure circuit provides the oil to the steering cylinders that is required to turn the machine. The high-pressure circuit includes the following components: hydraulic tank for the steering and brake systems, steering pumps, pressure and flow compensator valves, check valves for the steering pumps, screens for the steering pump output, steering control valve, left steering cylinder, right steering cylinder, filters for the steering system, pressure switch, case drain filter for the steering pumps and filter bypass switch. The secondary steering system provides pressure oil to the main steering system if the flow of oil from the steering pumps stops. The secondary steering circuit includes the following components: hydraulic tank for the steering and brake systems, secondary steering diverter valve, gear pump for the secondary steering system, pressure relief valve for the secondary steering system and unloader spool.
