Install housing assembly (27).

Install valve body (26).

Install O-ring seal (25), O-ring seals (24), and O-ring seals (23).

Install plug (22) and the O-ring seal to valve block (7). Install fittings (20) and (21) and the O-ring seals. Make sure that the orientation of fitting (20) is correct.

Install orifice (19).

Install fitting (18) and the O-ring seal. Make sure that the orientation of fitting (18) is correct.

Install O-ring seal (11) to shuttle valve (10). Install O-ring seal (12) and backup ring (13). Install backup ring (16) and O-ring seal (17). Install O-ring seal (14) and backup ring (15).

Install shuttle valve (10). Tighten shuttle valve (10) to a torque of 70 7 N m (52 5 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (9) on main relief plug (8).

Install main relief plug (8). Tighten main relief plug (8) to a torque of 65 7 N m (48 5 lb ft).

Install valve block (7).

Install nuts (6). Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 105 10 N m (77 7 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to auxiliary control valve (1). Set auxiliary control valve (1) on mounting plate (5).
