Move the machine to a smooth horizontal location.
Place the steering control lever in the NEUTRAL position.
Engage the parking brake.
Lower the attachments to the ground.
Stop the engine.

Load plug (LP)
Remove the load plug (LP).
Locate priority valve (1).

Priority valve (1) is on the rear of the machine beneath the fuel tank.

Connect tooling (T1) to pressure tap (TP). Pressure tap (TP) is at the rear of machine.Test Procedure
Start the engine.
Warm the transmission oil to operating temperature.
Move the parking brake switch to the Off position.
With the engine speed at LOW IDLE. Note the pressure on the gauge. The pressure should be greater than 2400 kPa (350 psi).
Move the parking brake switch to the On position. Shut off the engine.Adjustment Procedure

(6) 5M-9624 Shim is 0.25 mm (0.010 inch) thick.The pressure for priority valve (1) can be increased by adding shim (6) or decreased by removing shim (6). Each shim (6) has a value of 78 kPa (11.3 psi). Priority valve (1) has six shims (6) that are installed in the factory.
Remove the following from priority valve (1):
Bolt (3)
Washer (4)
Cover (2)
Spring (5)
Adjust the pressure at LOW IDLE for priority valve (1) to 2200 34 kPa (320 5 psi) by adding or removing shim (6).
Remove the test equipment.
