Connect one Tool (A2) to reverse pressure tap (13) in port "MA".
Connect one Tool (A2) to forward pressure tap (14) in port "MB".

Disconnect reverse EDC connector (15).
Disconnect forward EDC connector (16).

Remove forward plug (18) from port "X1".
Remove reverse plug (17) from port "X2".
Install Tool (B) in port "X1". Install Tool (C) in Tool (B). Install second Tool (B) in port "X2". Install second Tool (C) in this Tool (B). Use Tool (D) to connect port "X1" and port "X2".Test Procedure

Move machine power switch (11) into the ON position. After the home screen is shown on display (19), press, and hold push to start switch (10). Release the switch when the engine starts.

Actuate screen unlock switch (20) to enable the touch screen on the display.Note: When the display is enabled, an LED next to the screen unlock switch is illuminated.

Tap status icon (21) to enter the status screen.

Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Press rpm increase switch (22) once to operate the engine in high idle.

Monitor hydraulic oil temperature (23) on the display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 45 10 °C (113 18 °F).
Use Tool (A1) to record the pressure differential between reverse pressure tap (13) in port "MA" and forward pressure tap (14) in port "MB". The allowable pressure differential is given in the specifications section.
If the pressure differential is outside the allowable range, perform "Adjustment Procedure". If the pressure differential is inside the specified range, go to the next step.
Press rpm decrease switch (8) once to operate the engine in low idle.Note: If necessary, perform a regeneration cycle before the engine is stopped.
Press and hold push to start switch (10). Release the switch when the engine stops.
Move machine power switch (11) to the OFF position.
Remove Tool (A2) from forward pressure tap (14) in port "MB".
Remove Tool (A2) from reverse pressure tap (13) in port "MA".
Remove Tool (D) from port "X1" and port "X2".
Remove Tool (B) from port "X1". Install the plug (18) in port "X1".
Remove Tool (B) from port "X2". Install the plug (17) in port "X2".
Connect reverse EDC connector (15).
Connect forward EDC connector (16).
Close pump compartment door (12).Adjustment Procedure

Use a 19 mm box-end wrench to loosen locknut (24). Use a 6 mm Allen wrench to turn adjustment screw (25). Turn the screw until pressure at forward port (14) becomes greater than pressure at reverse port (13). Record the pressure reading on the forward pressure port. Note the angular position of the wrench.
Turn adjustment screw (25) the opposite direction until pressure at reverse port (13) is equal to the pressure which was recorded at forward port (14) during the previous step. Note the angular position of the wrench.
