Remove the radiator guard and support, aftercooler, hydraulic oil cooler, and radiator assembly.

Position radiator guard and support, aftercooler, hydraulic oil cooler, and radiator assembly (1) onto suitable cribbing.

Remove four bolts (2) and remove plate (3).

Install Tooling (A) and attach suitable lifting device to plate assembly (5). The weight of plate assembly (5) is approximately 56 kg (123 lb). Remove two bolts (4) and six bolts (6). Remove plate assembly (5).

Remove five bolts (7) and plate (8).

Remove bolts (9) and remove plate (10).

Remove bolts (11) and remove plate (12).

Remove bolts (13) and remove plate (14).

Install Tooling (A) and attach suitable lifting device to radiator (15). The weight of radiator (15) is approximately 64 kg (141 lb). Remove radiator (15).Installation Procedure
Install radiator (15) in the reverse order of removal.
