9U-7536 Lift Stand 2 Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
Remove the front fenders.
Place suitable blocks in front of the rear tires and behind the rear tires.

Place Tooling (A) under the loader frame on both sides of the machine, as shown.
Use Tooling (A) to raise the front of the machine until the tires are off the ground.
Lock Tooling (A) in position with the locking ring.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (3), as shown. The combined weight of tire (3) and the rim is approximately 1590 kg (3505 lb).
Remove bolts (2) from the rim.
Remove tire and rim (3).
Repeat Steps 5 through 7 for the removal of the remaining front tire and rim. Installation Procedure
Install tire and rim (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 1000 125 N m (740 90 lb ft).
