Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the engine oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Oil Pan - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove bolts (3) and the washers. Remove integral seal (4) and separate oil pan (1) from oil pan assembly (2).

Remove bolts (9), the washers, cover (10), and O-ring seal (8) from oil pan assembly (2).
Remove oil screen handle (7) and the O-ring seals (6). Remove screen assembly (5).

Remove bolts (15) and oil drain plug (14) with the gasket from oil pan assembly (2).
Pull tube (12) and O-ring seals (13) from housing (11).
Remove bolts (16) and the washers.
Remove housing (11).
