The planetary assembly causes the chain drive sprocket to rotate. Auger drive chain (10) is also meshed with sprocket (9) that is attached to the left auger conveyor. This causes the auger to rotate.The mounting plate is slotted in order for the auger drive chain (10) to be adjusted. Loosening the bolts that attach the mounting plate to the drop housing and turning nuts on adjusting studs (6) allows proper drive chain tension to be maintained.Two feed control sensors that are mounted on the rear wall of the machine monitor the amount of mix in front of the auger conveyors. The sensors send a signal to the conveyor electronic control module. The control module maintains the flow of additional material. One feed control sensor monitors the left conveyor and the other feed control sensor monitors the right conveyor.The right auger conveyor is identical to the left auger conveyor but a separate system. Each of the systems operate independently of each other.
