Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine or release of oil under pressure can cause injury to persons on or near the machine.To help prevent possible injury, perform the procedure that follows before testing and adjusting the hydraulic and steering system:
The pressure and flow compensator valve on the pump can be tested with one of the pump discharge tests. The high pressure stall test indicates the need for an adjustment of the pressure cutoff spool. Lower the implements to the ground.
Stop the engine. Move the implement control levers and move the steering control lever to all positions in order to release the pressure in the implement and steering hydraulic system.
Hold adjustment screw (3) with a 5 mm hex wrench and loosen locknut (7) with a 17 mm combination wrench. Turn adjustment screw (3) counterclockwise in order to decrease the pressure setting. Turn adjustment screw (3) clockwise in order to increase the pressure setting. One revolution of adjustment screw (3) changes the pressure setting by 3500 kPa (510 psi).
When the pressure setting is adjusted, hold adjustment screw (3) with the hex wrench and tighten locknut (7) to a torque of 25 5 N m (18 4 lb ft).
Repeat the high pressure stall test. Make sure that the cutoff pressure is 38500 550 kPa (5585 80 psi).Margin Spool Adjustment

Hold adjustment screw (11) with a 5 mm hex wrench and loosen locknut (12) with a 17 mm combination wrench. Turn adjustment screw (11) counterclockwise in order to decrease the pressure setting. Turn adjustment screw (11) clockwise in order to increase the pressure setting. One revolution of adjustment screw (11) changes the pressure setting by 3500 kPa (510 psi).
When the pressure setting is adjusted, hold adjustment screw (11) with the hex wrench and tighten locknut (12) to a torque of 25 5 N m (18 4 lb ft).
Repeat the
