4. If the bolt markings correspond to Image1.5.1, both the left hand and right hand bolts must be replaced by part number 177-9755 Bolt. The old bolts that are removed will not be reused.

5. In case of bolts replacement, remove both fenders by un-tightening four M12 bolts. Refer to Image1.6.1.

6. Replace the cab bolts by the 177-9755 Bolts. The old bolts will not be reused.
7. Pre-tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 100N.m (73.8 lb ft).
8. Then tighten to a final specified torque of 850 N.m (627 lb ft).
9. Draw a marking on the bolt after applying the final torque.
10. Reinstall the fenders. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 100 N.m (73.8 lb ft).
Group Number 2
Four 177-9755 Bolts (two front and two rear) need to be inspected and possibly replaced on Group 2 machines. Refer to Image2.1.1.

1. Remove cab rear covers (20) and (21). Refer to Image2.2.1.

2. Remove foot rests (11) and cab floor mat (12). Refer to Image2.3.1.

3. Remove cab floor plate (13). Refer to Image2.4.1.

4. Check the front and rear bolts head markings. Refer to Image2.5.1. and 2.5.2.

5. If the bolts marking corresponds to Image2.6.1 or Image2.6.2 or Image2.6.3, the bolts do not need to be replaced. There is no further action to take. Reinstall the floor plate, foot rests, floor mat, and rear covers.

6. If the bolts marking correspond to Image2.7.1, the bolts must be replaced by 177-9755 Bolts. The old bolts will not be reused.

7. Replace the bolts as necessary by the 177-9755 Bolts. The old bolts will not be reused.
8. Pre-tighten the bolt to a specified torque of 100 N.m (73.8 lb ft).
9. Then tighten the bolt to a final torque of 1600 N.m (1180 lb ft).
10. Draw a marking on the bolt after applying the final torque. Refer to Image2.8.1.

12. Reassemble the floor plate.
13. Reassemble the foot-rests. Tighten to a specified torque of 55 N.m (40.3 lb ft)
14. Reinstall the floor mat.
15. Reinstall the rear covers. Tighten to a specified torque of 3.4 N.m (2.5 lb ft)
