The one-point focus 3D guidance method generates guidance information using a guidance plane based on a single vertical guidance point at the tip of the bucket receiving horizontal guidance.The one-point center 3D guidance method is best suited to working design surface features that are less than half a bucket width wide, or design surfaces with small features that need to be formed.

The guidance plane is being calculated using a single vertical guidance point located at the tip of the cutting edge that has focus, as indicated by the vertical guidance point symbol on the bucket graphic.
Guidance is being generated for both bucket tips. This is indicated by the position of the 3D icon, which is displayed on both sides of the working offset value.
The right end of the bucket must move up, even though it is already above the target surface.
