Position machine on firm level ground.
Remove any work tool that is attached to the quick coupler.
Raise the loader arms and install the lift arm brace for the lift arms.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to raise the machine until tracks (1) and Dimension (X) is approximately 50 mm (2.0 inch) off the ground. Position Tooling (A) under the machine.

Remove bolts (3) and plate (2). Remove bolts (4) and suspension group (5). Note: There are four rubber inserts between the two suspension groups. Retain these inserts for installation later.

Remove bolt (6) and bogie wheel (7) from suspension group (5). Note: Repeat for opposite side.Note: Use caution not to damage the duo-cone seal and rubber seals under bogie wheel. Retain these seals for the installation later.

Remove rubber seals (8) and duo-cone seals (9) and keyway not shown, from suspension group (5).

Use suitable press to apply downward pressure on the bogie axle (10) in order to remove bearing (11) and bogie axle (10) from suspension group (5).

Use suitable press to apply downward pressure to bogie axle (10) to remove bearing (11) from opposite side of bogie axle (10). Installation Procedure
Install bogie wheel (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Fill axle with 60 mL (2.3 oz) of 10w-30 oil.
Tighten bolt (6) to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
