20. Insert alignment pin (X) into 4.75 degree COUNTERCLOCKWISE alignment position hole (19) in actuator (5) and steering control unit (1). Output pressure at right (AR) port (14) should be 430 10 kPa (62 1.5 psi). Output pressure at left (AL) port (15) should be less than 50 kPa (7.5 psi).21. Install cover to steering control unit and remove from stand. Refer to earlier Step 1 for assembly procedure.31. Install steering control unit (1) on the machine. Refer to the Service Manual for "Remove and Install Steering Control Unit".32. Supply oil (10W) at 65°C (150°F) from any filtered hydraulic pump with an output of 19 liter/min (5 U.S. gpm) at 2500 kPa (365 psi) minimum. 1. Install stand adapter (AA) to stand group (A) with three bolts (B) and with three washers (B1).2. Install steering control unit (1) to stand adapter (AA) with two bolts (BB), two washers (CC) and two bolts (DD). 3. Remove 12 bolts (2) and cover (3) from steering control unit (1). 4.
