Introduction
This Special Instruction will instruct the reader on how to install the 988G Hydraulic Control Brackets. In some applications, these Control Brackets are used in order to reduce vibration of the right control pod durning travel speeds.

Remove and discard the front two 168-4510 Bolts (1) that are used to mount the Seat Suspension Group.

203-9991 Knob Assemblies
Remove the 203-9991 Knob Assemblies from the Support Group Hydraulic Control.

Assemble the 253-9969 Control Support . Refer to Illustration 3.

Install the support group to the Seat Support Group.
Slide the 253-9968 Bracket As between the 5mm and 8mm plates on the 171-9679 Bracket As (RH) and the 171-9683 Bracket As (LH) of the Support Group Seat.

Use two 168-4510 Bolts (M10 x 1.5) to attach the Seat Suspension Group and the 253-9968 Bracket As to the cab floor.

Use the 203-9991 Knob Assemblies (removed earlier) in order to attach the 253-9967 Bracket to the Support Group - Implement Control
Adjust the Implement Control by using the two 203-9991 Knob Assemblies .
