Install gaskets (8) and plate (9) on the engine.
Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (5). The weight of aftercooler (5) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
Position aftercooler (5) on the engine and install bolts (7). Tighten the bolts in a numerical sequence to a torque of 31 3 N m (23 2 lb ft).

Connect the air shutoff to aftercooler (5) and install bolts (3) .
Connect hoses (6) and (4) .
Connect harness assemblies (2) and (1) .
Refill the raw water system.
