Release lower switch (10) for the left tow point when left tow point cylinder (12) is fully extended. Release lower switch (11) for the right tow point when the right tow point cylinder (not shown) is fully extended.
Simultaneously press raise switch (8) for the left tow point and raise switch (9) for the right tow point. Record the amount of time required to retract left tow point cylinder (12). The time required to retract the tow point cylinder should be 8 2.5 seconds.
Simultaneously press lower switch (10) for the left tow point and lower switch (11) for the right tow point. Record the amount of time required to extend left tow point cylinder (12). The time required to extend the tow point cylinder should be 12 3.0 seconds.
Repeat Step 1 through Step 5 to test the tow point cylinder on the opposite side of the machine.Note: Verify that the system is configured for dual hopper mode. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for instructions to activate and deactivate this feature. For this procedure, the system must be configured for dual hopper mode. Dual hopper mode allows the operator to control both hoppers simultaneously with one switch.
Have an assistant record the cycle times of the hopper wings as the tests are performed.

Release the lower switches for the hopper after hopper wings (17) are fully lowered.
Press raise switch (13) for the left hopper or raise switch (14) for the right hopper. Record the amount of time required for hopper wings (17) to be fully raised. The time required to raise the hopper should be 4.9 0.5 seconds.
Press lower switch (15) for the left hopper or lower switch (16) for the right hopper. Record the amount of time required for hopper wings (17) to be fully lowered. The time required to lower the hopper should be 4.4 0.5 seconds.
Have an assistant record the cycle times of the apron fold cylinders as the tests are performed. If the machine is not equipped with a power apron, go to Step 18.

Press lower switch (19) for the apron fold. Record the amount of time required for the apron to be fully lowered. The time required to lower the apron should be 3.1 1.0 seconds.
Have an assistant record the cycle times of the auger height cylinder as the tests are performed.
