Remove filter cover (K).

Remove three rivets (L) and remove cover (M).

Pull rear cover (N) forward and then up toward the cab ceiling to remove.

Clip locations
If any retaining clips fell off the cover, install the clips in the locations shown.

Remove cover (P).

Pull curved duct (Q) to the rear of the cab and then slide the straight duct back to the rear.

Remove two covers (R).

Remove the four screws (T) that secure cover (S), and remove the cover.

Remove four screws (V) that secure cover (U) and remove the cover.

Remove three screws (W) and set monitor (Y) and monitor cover (X) aside as an assembly. Do not remove the monitor cover from the monitor or unplug the monitor harness.

Remove nut (DD) securing wiper arm (CC) to the motor shaft. Remove cap (AA), nut (BB), and two washers (Z).

Disconnect harness (GG). Remove six screws (FF) and remove the wiper motor (EE).
Install the new motor in place and install the six screws that secure the motor. Connect the motor harness to the cab harness.

Install the two washers (Z) onto the motor shaft. Install nut (BB) onto the shaft and tighten to 9 1 N m (90 9 lb in). Install cap (AA).

Gently place wiper arm (CC) onto the motor shaft and rest the blade (HH) against stop (FF) without using any force. Refer to Illustration 19

With the blade properly positioned, install nut (DD) and tighten to 37.5 2.5 N m (28 2 lb ft). Wait 30 minutes and retighten.
Reinstall the components that were removed to gain access to the wiper motor.
