Problem
The 9W2688 Pins used in retaining bucket tips for 988B Loaders and 235, 235B Excavators are cracking through the groove. An improved 9W8296 Pin is now available.
Action Required
Remove all 9W2688 Pins from parts stock. WARRANTY ALLOWANCES Submit one claim for all 9W2688 Pins removed from parts stock.
