Lubricate
Wipe all fittings before lubricating.Service the new machine Every 10 Service Hours or Daily only within the initial 100 service hours.After the initial 100 service hours of operation, service the front shovel linkage Every 50 Service Hours or Weekly. Under severe operating conditions where mud, water, and abrasive material may enter the bearings, or after hydraulic hammer use, service the backhoe linkage Every 10 Service Hours or Daily. Fittings (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) are located at the base of the boom. To lubricate the head end bearing of the stick cylinder, apply lubricant through fitting (1). To lubricate the rod end bearings of the bucket cylinders, apply lubricant through fittings (2) and (6). To lubricate the boom head bearings, apply lubricant through fittings (3) and (5). To lubricate the head end bearing of the master cylinder, apply lubricant through fitting (4). To lubricate the stick pin bearings, apply lubricant through fittings (7) and (8). To lubricate the rod end of both boom cylinders, apply lubricant through fitting (9). To lubricate the rod end of the master cylinder, apply lubricant through fitting (10). To lubricate the rod end of the stick cylinder, apply lubricant through fitting (11). To lubricate the stick-to-bucket pin bearings, apply lubricant through fittings (12). To lubricate the bucket, remove cap (13) and apply lubricant through the fittings on both sides of the bucket. Install cap (13). To lubricate the bottom dump bucket cylinder, apply lubricant through fittings (14) and (15). To lubricate the head end of both bucket cylinders, apply lubricant through fitting (16).Backhoe Linkage

Apply lubricant through fittings (1), (2), (3), and (4). These fittings are located on the link. 2. Apply lubricant through fittings (5), (6), and (7). These fittings are located on the bucket. 3. This block of fittings is located on the stick. Apply Lubricant through fittings (8), (9), (10), and (11). Fittings (8) and (9) lubricate the connection point of the boom and the stick. Fitting (10) lubricates the stick cylinder rod end. Fitting (11) lubricates the bucket cylinder head end.
