Install monitor bracket assembly (1) on the side of the cab using four screws (2).
Install monitoring control (3) on monitor bracket assembly (1) using four screws (4) and four hard washers (5).

(8) 493-6864 Monitor Harness As
Secure the hose of monitoring control (3) with cable strap (7).Note: Remove floormat in order to better access the harness connections and hose installation.
Install monitor harness assembly (8) to monitor control (3). Secure harness assembly (8) with cable strap (6).

If printer kit (C) is equipped connect the monitor harness assembly (E) with wiring harness (D) of printer kit (C).

Install female connector of monitor control harness plugs (E) into the chassis harness and male connector of monitor control harness plugs (E) into the printer harness.

(F) 154.0 mm (6.06 inch)
(G) Diameter is 19.0 mm (0.75 inch)
(H) 78.0 mm (3.07 inch)
(J) 377-4782 Floorplate
Drill a hole (G) on the floor plate (J) as per dimensions shown in Illustration 8.
Install grommet (9) in the drilled hole of floor plate (J).

(10) 255-4369 Grommet
Remove old 8D-6542 Grommet and replace with new 255-4369 Grommet (10).
Install hose of monitoring control (3) through grommet (10) extend up to 50.0 mm (1.97 inch) from outside of cab and apply sealant around hose. Trim excess hose length.

To provide better performance, cab air filter element (K) and cab air filter (L) should be replaced.
